If you are reading this page it is assumed that you have already decided that my technical background matches your basic requirements.

If you are serching for an instructional designer, technical trainer, writer, or support / helpdesk candidate I will provide the appropriate data and work experiences on the attached pages (please see the links above).  But, what I want to emphasize is that I bring to the table an extra large dose of enthusiasm and the sincere desire to solve your problem.  Once I start working for you, your problem becomes my problem, and my goal to is provide solutions.

I am a quick learner, therefore, I can rapidly come up-to-speed and solve technical problems.

The purpose of this online resume is to not list every piece of software or every computer on which I have worked, but to demonstrate my ability to learn technologies and to use that knowledge to solve technical problems.
